Punch-list Walkthrough
Electrical finish work is 99.5% complete (awaiting final fixtures and emergency generator deliveries).
Pool was filled 8/24/2021. Thorough and final cleanings have begun throughout entire building.
98% complete with bathroom accessories and door hardware installation.
Interior glass finish work is ongoing. Building is fully sprinkled (fire line installation is complete).
Low voltage is now going in. Painting is complete and sub is now working on touch ups.
Punch-list walk through with the architect and contractor went well yesterday afternoon.
